Photography Services

Booking and Scheduling:

• All photography sessions must be scheduled in advance
• Sessions are subject to availability and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms:

• Pricing and payment terms will be discussed during initial consultation
• A deposit may be required to secure your session date
• Final payment is due before delivery of finished photographs

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit
• Refund policies will be clearly outlined in your service agreement

Copyright and Usage Rights

Copyright Ownership:

All photographs created by Andrea B. Denney Studios remain the intellectual property of Andrea B. Denney. Clients receive a license to use the photographs as outlined in their specific service agreement.

Client Usage Rights:

• Personal use rights are typically granted for family display and sharing
• Commercial use requires separate licensing and written permission
• Photographs may not be altered, cropped, or modified without permission
• Proper attribution must be given when sharing publicly

Portfolio Use:

We reserve the right to use photographs from client sessions for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
